To place an order, you have a downloadable PDF template and an explanatory video to better understand the catalog and place orders correctly.

Orders can be sent by email or WhatsApp. You may also request a quote before confirmation.

As orders are prepared, some items may be out of stock. These are called “backorders.” You may choose to ship in two parts or wait until everything is complete.

Factory orders may take 2–4 weeks on average. More complex pieces, such as gold or high-end titanium lines, may take longer.

Gold prices may vary depending on the market, so a current quote will always be provided. This price remains valid until payment.

Before sending the order, payment method must be confirmed (bank transfer or cash on delivery).

Orders are usually prepared in 1–2 days and delivered the day after shipping. We work with GLS and delays may occur, but tracking is always available.
